Amount of Dressing Needed:
4-6Tbsp. ™Thai Chili Lime Dressing
What Else You Will Need:
4 Tiger Prawns, blanched
60g Unripened Green Papaya (Grated Lengthwise)
20g Carrots (Grated lengthwise)
30g long beans (cut to 2cm pieces)
½ tbsp. roasted peanuts or cashew nuts
2 Cherry Tomatoes
Juice of ½ lime
- In a salad bowl, mix, grated unripened papaya, carrot, tomatoes and long beans
- Add Thai Chili Lime Dressing dressing and toss.
- Add the prawns and peanuts and toss once more.
